IMPORTANT: My services are limited to Tarzana and neighboring areas in the San Fernando Valley, located in southern California. Due to the nature of my work, timing is not entirely predictable. Please book your appointment for a time that’s flexible for you, and I’ll call you when I’m on my way.
If something unexpected happens and I’ll be late, I’ll call you to let you know and ask if you would like to keep the appointment or reschedule. If I finish an earlier appointment sooner than expected, I’ll call you and ask if you’d like to start early.

I offer a free consultation to discuss what you need help with or to take a look at an issue with your device. If you’d like to move forward, you can upgrade the session to a short 1 hour appointment. You can then ask questions to learn more, get quick fixes done, or I can help you make notes for yourself. Feel free to make the most of our time!
2 hours is suitable for most kinds of help. If you know you’d like extras or add-ons, an extended appointment will give us the time we need.
